Return and Warranty Terms

Withdrawal

Within the scope of this Agreement, the Parties agree that they are merchants or tradesmen in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and since the work subject to the Agreement is "commercial business", the Agreement is subject to the General Provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and the Code of Obligations No. 6098.

The relationship arising under this Agreement is not within the scope of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers; it is not possible to use the rights arising from this law. In this context, in terms of the Members, since there is no definition of 'consumer' in terms of the provisions of consumer legislation, the Members do not have the right to benefit from the rights and powers, especially the right of withdrawal, granted to consumers in accordance with the specified legislation.

Defective Products

For faulty service please send an e-mail containing your invoice and order numbers to irec@foton.energy If your justification is deemed appropriate, the error will be corrected.

Return Procedures

In order for the return transaction to be made, it is sufficient to contact Customer Relations and specify your return request. e-invoice taxpayer customers are required to issue a return invoice.
